Aadhcort 12 Tablet

Aadhcort 12 Tablet is a corticosteroid. It increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body and works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation and suppresses immunity to stop self damage to the body by the immune system (auto-immune reactions occurring in organ transplants or cancer).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aadhcort 12 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Aadhcort 12 Tablet with salad and vegetable diet.

Alcohol Unsafe

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aadhcort 12 Tablet .

Pregnancy Unsafe

Aadhcort 12 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Unsafe

Aadhcort 12 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving Ask your doctor

Aadhcort 12 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney Caution

Aadhcort 12 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Aadhcort 12 Tablet is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease.

Liver Caution

Aadhcort 12 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aadhcort 12 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Aadhcort 12 Tablet in these patients.
