Ordering medicines that need a prescription
Some medicines can only be sold against a valid prescription. At checkout you can choose a prescription from your Daktar consultation or upload a photo or PDF of one. A pharmacist checks it before your order is packed.

Are the medicines genuine?
Yes. Every order is packed and dispatched by a licensed pharmacy, and you get a bill with the batch number and expiry date.
Do I need a prescription?
Only for medicines marked "Prescription needed". You can use a prescription from your Daktar consultation or upload a photo or PDF of any valid prescription at checkout.
How is the price worked out?
You see the price and MRP on each medicine. The final amount, with delivery, is confirmed at checkout before you pay. If the final bill is lower, the difference goes to your Daktar wallet.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your pincode and the delivery option you choose at checkout. The available options and their charges are shown before you pay.
Can I talk to a doctor before ordering?
Yes. Book an online consultation with a verified doctor. If you are prescribed medicines, you can order them with the prescription from that visit.
