Dolofresh Alu Tablet

Dolofresh Alu Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol.\tThese medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dolofresh Alu Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Alcohol Unsafe

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dolofresh Alu Tablet .

Pregnancy Unsafe

Dolofresh Alu Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolofresh Alu Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Dolofresh Alu Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver Caution

Dolofresh Alu Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolofresh Alu Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Dolofresh Alu Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
