Dolokind MR Tablet

Dolokind-MR Tablet is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

• Tiredness
• Sleepiness

Most side effects do not need medical attention and go away as your body adjusts. Talk to your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Alcohol Ask your doctor

Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen+Chlorzoxazone with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy Unsafe

Dolokind-MR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Ask your doctor

Driving Caution

Dolokind-MR Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney Caution

Dolokind-MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolokind-MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Dolokind-MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver Caution

Dolokind-MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolokind-MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Dolokind-MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
