Dolokind Plus Tablet

Dolokind Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Stomach pain / epigastric pain
• Loss of appetite
• Heartburn
• Diarrhea

Most side effects do not need medical attention and go away as your body adjusts. Talk to your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Alcohol Ask your doctor

Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy Unsafe

Dolokind Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Ask your doctor

No information is available on the use of Dolokind Plus Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Caution

Dolokind Plus Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Kidney Caution

Dolokind Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolokind Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Dolokind Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver Caution

Dolokind Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolokind Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Dolokind Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
