Enzoflam D 50mg/10mg Capsule

Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Most side effects do not need medical attention and go away as your body adjusts. Talk to your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Alcohol Ask your doctor

Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

Pregnancy Unsafe

Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Ask your doctor

Driving Caution

Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney Caution

Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Caution

Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Enzoflam D 50 mg/10 mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
