Pancrazio 40 Tablet

Pancrazio 40 Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pancrazio 40 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Alcohol Unsafe

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Pancrazio 40 Tablet .

Pregnancy Probably safe

Pancrazio 40 Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Caution

Pancrazio 40 Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Driving Caution

Pancrazio 40 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Kidney Caution

Pancrazio 40 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Pancrazio 40 Tablet is recommended. However, the use of Pancrazio 40 Tablet is not advised along with other medicines used for the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori infection.

Liver Caution

Pancrazio 40 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pancrazio 40 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
