Perampil 4 Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It prevents seizures in patients with epilepsy by blocking a receptor in the brain known as the glutamate receptor, thereby suppressing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Perampil 4 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
