Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Rabeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule is to be taken empty stomach. Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.

Alcohol Caution

Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule . Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy Unsafe

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Unsafe

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving Caution

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney Caution

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Caution

Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Rabeloc 40 RD Capsule is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
